Business worth over £80 million has been generated from an incentive devised
and managed by Total Marketing Network (TMN) for Lombard group.
The programme encouraged RBS employees to identify opportunities for Lombard
within their existing customers by incentivising a range of very simple
activities.
The entire programme was communicated and managed online and achieved 95%
audience penetration.
Marc Dryden, a director at Lombard said. "The whole programme has been a huge
success and has far out-performed our expectations. TMN has provided a top-class
service which has meant the internal resource required has been kept to an
absolute minimum."
Pete Burgess, Joint MD at TMN said "We are obviously very pleased with the
results. They support our belief that it is possible to deliver behavioural
change quickly to support business objectives. Intelligent analysis of existing
processes and appropriate incentivisation of the relevant constituent parts are
the key elements."
